Course structure
The course can be structured in either 8-hour full days or 4-hour half days. The interval between lessons goes from a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 30 days, according to specific needs. Between one meeting and the next, participants will be assigned tasks and exercises in order to experience what they have learnt and to engage with the teachers during assessment. The basic principle underlying Passodue training courses is that of training to action: the exercises and case studies discussed in the classroom will be taken from participants’ real lives so that, in addition to their training, they can obtain advice immediately applicable to their roles.

Expected results
Communication is the basis for building positive and productive relationships. The aim of this course is to learn how to best use the tools that every human being has, and to understand the reasons why sometimes it is hard to communicate with other people or to do it effectively. Participants will find their own original style to interact and communicate with customers, colleagues and co-workers even in the most difficult moments. The comprehensive course explains in detail every tool and every stage of the communicative action; the compact course concentrates on the most significant aspects for company life, whereas the reduced course allows to quickly improve the effectiveness of the communicative exchange.
