Sales Ethics and Neurolinguistics

In traditional sales there is a sharp contrast between the interests of the sellers – who are focused on maximising their profit – and those of the clients whose aim is to obtain the best economic conditions. According to the Passodue approach, which has been developed over the last 10 years through field research and the contribution of prestigious institutions, these different goals can be combined. To do so, it is necessary to adopt a new perspective and techniques based on trust building and on the idea that purchasing implies an exchange in terms of value, emotions, relationships and is not just the buying and selling of goods against money.
The Ethical Sales module is aimed at sales professionals or people who deal with trade negotiations. Classes are made up of a maximum of 25 participants to guarantee optimal interaction and best training practices in the classroom.
The ethical sales method and the different stages based on trust building, the human mechanisms in verbal and non-verbal communication , which are useful for selling, the strategies to break the ice and establish relations, the building of a “relationship” and the ability to empathize with the customer.
On-line alignment meeting
Understanding the customer through the art of asking questions and deciding how to submit proposals and prices, doubts, reluctances, objections and customer confidence test, pacing and mirroring and the logic levels in the purchasing decision-making process.

If sales have no more secrets for you or if, on the other hand, you don’t think you are very good at negotiating, this course will radically change your perspective. Team of teachers
Passodue deploys Alice Alessandri, the founder of the firm with over 20 years of entrepreneurial activity and 10 years of research on the subject, and Serena Calderoni, the senior partner with the greatest experience in the area of interpersonal relations and communication. They will be joined by Daniela Fiorini and Federica Baroni teachers of the Evolutionary NLP School which has managed to combine the most sophisticated principles of neurolinguistics with the respect and evolution of the human being.
Alice Alessandri – Co-founder of Passodue, at a very young age Alice directed a Marketing & Sales company for almost 15 years, gaining experience in the Contact Management and Identity Marketing sectors. In Passodue she deals with analysis and planning and coordinates the training and consulting area regarding the themes of effective communication and customer service, sales techniques, teamwork and ethical leadership. She is co-author of the books “Sales Ethics” and “Engaging the Heart in Business” published in Italy by Franco Angeli and abroad by BEP and Routledge.
Serena Calderoni – She is an expert in relational communication, neurolinguistics with a humanistic approach. After a long experience in a company in the field of sales, customer service and customer relations, she began to work with Passodue curating training programmes for several companies and evolutionary courses for professionals and managers who wish to improve the quality of their relationships and the achievement of their goals.
Daniela Fiorini – She has a degree in Electronic Engineering and she is a trainer in neurolinguistic programming. She is interested in processes, solutions and people. For this reason she has combined her activity as a business consultant with that of planning and teaching in training courses regarding self-awareness and personal growth.
Federica Baroni – She has a degree in Aesthetic Philosophy and a Master’s degree in neurolinguistic programming. She deals with corporate training, human resources counselling and coaching. She is interested in training courses that present a contamination among the disciplines she loves: Philosophy, Linguistics, Psychology, Mythology.
Course material and classroom activities
The lessons will alternate the presentation of techniques with practical exercises and discussion of case studies. Between one meeting and the next, participants will be assigned customised tasks that will be discussed during the alignment meeting and the second lesson.
The exam, that entitles you to receive a certificate of competence, will consist of a series of exercises aimed at verifying your learning level.
All participants will receive their login credentials to access the My Passodue reserved area and download the slides, texts, exercises and all other material needed for training at home.
Each participant will receive a free Passodue notepad to take notes and will benefit from special discounts if they wish to buy the books written by the teachers.
The participant acknowledges that all courses and related materials are owned by Passodue and/or any third parties concerned. It is forbidden to copy the material and to disseminate the contents of the courses or transmit them to third parties without prior written permission of the owners.
We have decided to hold the course at Hubo for several reasons. The classrooms are comfortable and equipped with technological devices plus it is easily accessible on foot from Cesena train station.
The spaces are large and allow efficient and safe live training sessions . If the conditions require it we can also work online or turn to hybrid learning, i.e. with some participants attending class in person and others joining virtually from home. Hubo also offers spaces to relax or to have a meal (not included) with colleagues during the breaks. It is a place for learning and networking which promotes the generation of ideas, relaxes the mind and opens it to new possibilities.
